Shipping Information & Return Policy
What mail service is used to ship my order?
All orders will be shipped with DHL. All prints and drawings up to the size of A4 will be shipped in an envelope with cardboard reinforcement to ensure your order does not get damaged. Larger prints and drawings will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
How long will it take to ship my order?
I am processing and shipping your order myself, in addition to already having a full-time job, so please be patient and understand it might take me a couple of days to get your order ready. Once I've handed over your order to DHL, estimated delivery times strongly depend on where you live:
Germany: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-10 business days
Rest of the world: 10-60 business days
Return Policy
Should the print that you ordered arrive damaged, please document the damage and get in touch with me via miss_escapist_art@outlook.de as soon as possible so we can talk about a replacement. Original artworks, however, due to their nature of being a one-of-a-kind item, cannot be replaced that easily in case of a damage. Still make sure to contact me and I will see what I can do for you, of course.
